At HAIRBELLE, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below to understand your rights and our process.

Refund Policy Eligibility

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a proof of purchase or order number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the product manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used hair oils, masks, or treatments
  • Products marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable content or digital products
  • Personal care items that have been opened for hygiene and safety reasons

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, or damaged for reasons not due to our error
  • Returns initiated after the 14-day return window

Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank or payment account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider or payment platform — processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with a photo of the issue and your order number.

We will guide you through the return process and provide the appropriate return address depending on your location.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver’s address, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
